We; free Captains have elected to fly with and prosper with our neighbors, Have decided we wish to excel in our fields of trade, and will help any pilot that comes to us with question or need. We; free pilots have come under a union by choice to form a Federation of like minded Captians in an effort to secure our endeavors and wish to expand relations with fellow like minded Captains for mutural gain.
